  • How to track orders?

    Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with tracking number, which you can use to track your order online. If you log in to ‘My Account’ you can also find the tracking number to keep track on the goods.

  • Exchange policy
    • One-off exchange for size exchange or other products at the same value or higher is accepted with the original receipt within 30 days of receiving the package. Items must be presented in new condition with original packaging and must not have been worn.
    • All the pierced earrings cannot be exchanged or returned due to hygienic reasons.
    • The shipping fees and the related costs of the returned products shall be responsible by customers except for faulty items on arrival.
    • Products will be exchanged after we examined your returned product(s) with product defects. The whole return process may take up to 3 weeks.
    • Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
    • Please contact our Customer Care team by emailing customercare@apm.mc for further return procedures.
    • APM Monaco reserves the final right of decision.
  • What if an item is out of stock?

    On the rare occasion an item is sold simultaneously to multiple customers online the stock information may become temporarily inaccurate. In this case, we will either cancel your order in full or just the items which are unavailable and proceed with the rest of the order.

  • Can I exchange an item purchased online to APM Monaco physical store?

    Yes, online order is accepted for exchange at your nearby official APM Monaco physical stores (official dealers excluded). Please be informed that physical store does not accept any return.

  • Can 925 silver jewellery cause skin allergies?

    No, none of our 925 silver products contain nickel or other unsuitable materials. Our company is ISO certified and we are respectful of the environment.

    The Warranty is guaranteed 1 year with the invoice.

    We accept Visa, MasterCard and American Express. All submitted personal and payment information is encrypted and secure.

    You may also pay with PayPal. When selecting this option at checkout, you will be directed to the PayPal site to 'Log In' and review the amount shown before clicking 'Pay Now'. Once this transaction is complete, you will then return to www.apm.mc.

  • Protecting your jewelry
    • Store your jewelry in the original packaging to avoid prolonged exposure to air and scratches
    • Remove jewelry before washing hands, swimming and/or applying products i.e. Perfume, hairspray, soap, lotion, etc.
    • We recommend customers put on jewelry last when dressing and take off first when undressing.
    • Avoid contact with water/ liquid
    • Jewelry must not be exposed to chlorine or salt water, as this will dull the appearance.
    • Avoid hard contact i.e. knocking against objects that can scratch the jewel.
  • Cleaning your jewelry
    • Polish your jewelry frequently with a soft cloth to maintain its original, lustrous finish
    • Soak the pearl strand for 10 to 15 minutes in a lukewarm, non-detergent solution. With a complexion brush, scrub the knots and around the bead hole. Do not scrub too vigorously or the nacre could be damaged.
    • Pat the strand with a paper towel or cloth to absorb water to dry at room temperature.
    • Drying time will take at least twenty-four hours.
  • Do I have an option to pick up in store?
    • Yes, we have In-store pick up option available. Customer can pick up the order and pay at the store directly within 24 hours .
  • What if I’m not able to pick up the order within 24 hours?
    • Product may be released to the next customer if not hearing from you with any prior notice.
